David Jury is a certified master auto technician with over 50 years experience. His expertise is in foreign cars and an increasingly number of hybrids including Prius.
On occasion David enjoys working on project cars, such as speedster luxury cars. His experience in mechanical restoration and having taken a car from guts to completion, gives him the expertise to do most any repair needed.
Although his name is David, he is really a Jack of all trades. He has been considered the local fix-it guy (and occasional rodent controller) by friends and neighbors for many years. David began his career as a mechanic as a teenager and has fixed everything from exotic cars to lawn mowers. He has even been known to construct his own custom parts when needed. David is an integral part of the Oak View and Ojai Valley community. In past years he has supported the Oak View little league and in 1994 won a Beautification Award by the Oak View Civic Council for remodeling the facility on Riverside Road, which is now his automotive shop. When he isn’t taking care of customer’s vehicles in his 2000 square foot shop, you will find him in his master gardener hat tending to his organic garden and selling produce at the Ojai Farmer’s Market. His friendly approach to life is brought through in his business and offers all customers free scheduled maintenance and no obligation estimates.
